Alex Horn, Managing Partner and Founder of BridgeInvest, has been instrumental in expanding its global distribution channels over the past decade, creating a nationally recognized origination platform. Responsible for the company’s investment decisions and long-term business goals, Horn has successfully served as the portfolio manager for five private equity funds and deployed $1.5 billion across more than 100 transactions. Prior to founding BridgeInvest, Horn was a member of the Strategy & New Ventures team at SecondMarket (acquired by NASDAQ), where he was responsible for establishing new business lines for the firm and helping with larger-scale strategic initiatives.

Partner and Investment Committee Member of BridgeInvest since 2012. Ian oversees capital origination, fund structuring and management, finance and investor relations at BridgeInvest. Over the past decade, Ian has raised and structured over $1 billion of equity capital commitments across BridgeInvest’s suite of funds and co-investments. Prior to joining BridgeInvest, Ian was a member of the Alternative Investments group at Credit Suisse where he marketed private equity and hedge fund strategies. Ian received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University, graduating with honors.

Partner of BridgeInvest since 2013. Jon oversees loan origination, underwriting and structuring at the firm in addition to oversight of the firm’s existing portfolio. In his role, Jon led the firm’s expansion into a nationwide debt platform with capabilities across the development and bridge lifecycles of transactions. While at BridgeInvest, Jon has closed over $2 billion of commercial real estate loans. Prior to BridgeInvest, Jon focused on acquisitions with Resource Real Estate (acquired by Blackstone) where he was charged with the deployment of a $1 billion private REIT focused on the acquisition and work-out of non-performing commercial real estate and real estate related debt throughout the United States. Jon is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in both finance and real estate.

Daniel is a Partner at BridgeInvest. Daniel is responsible for the Company’s day-to-day management, including regulatory compliance, operations, finance, asset management and special servicing. Daniel has over 10 years of experience operating and managing loan portfolios, construction and real estate financing, and project management.  Prior to BridgeInvest, Daniel was a Bankruptcy/Specialty Accounts Manager at a large national commercial bank, where he led teams of Specialists focused on managing a portfolio of high-risk property loans. Daniel is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Isaac serves as General Counsel at BridgeInvest, overseeing the company’s legal functions and providing strategic counsel to support its continued success and growth. With over 19 years of experience handling complex business matters, Isaac is a highly accomplished attorney recognized for his expertise in legal operations and business law. Before joining BridgeInvest, Isaac founded DGIM Law, a successful business law boutique in South Florida. He previously served as a partner and equity partner at leading South Florida law firms and began his career as a law clerk to the Hon. Raymond B. Ray (Bankr. S.D. Fla.). A pioneer in legal technology, Isaac has been at the forefront of leveraging innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Isaac has earned numerous accolades, including recognition by Chambers & Partners USA, Super Lawyers, and Legal Elite. He holds an AV® Preeminent™ rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Dedicated to community service, he served as Chair of the Board of Governors for Scheck Hillel Community School. Isaac earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto and his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law

Trent is a Director of Asset Management for BridgeInvest, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of loans from closing through payoff. Prior to BridgeInvest, Trent was a Senior Consultant within Deloitte Advisory’s Infrastructure and Capital Projects practice where he advised large international government clients on portfolio challenges across real estate valued in excess of $1.0B. Prior to joining Deloitte, he managed over $100 million in large infrastructure and construction projects in the DC metro market for Shirley Contracting Company including high rise government facilities, highway improvements, and underground utilities. Trent is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Civil Engineering, as well as the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, where he earned a Master’s in Business Administration.

Fernando is a Director at BridgeInvest responsible for investor relations and capital origination. Fernando has more than 15 years of capital markets experience and specializes in developing long-term relationships with capital providers across the globe. Prior to joining BridgeInvest, Fernando was a Director of TRX’s Real Estate Private Equity Fund. Earlier in his career, he worked for institutions such as Bradesco and Rabobank in Brazil. Fernando holds an MBA from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa.

Priscila is a Director at BridgeInvest responsible for leading investor reporting, onboarding, compliance, tax and investor relations. In a previous role, she led finance, accounting, and reporting for the company and its series of credit funds. Prior to BridgeInvest, Priscila was an Accounting Manager with Accolade Construction and Breakstone Homes. Priscila is a graduate of Florida International University, where she majored in Finance.

Trent is a Vice President of Originations and Underwriting, responsible for deal origination, underwriting and deal execution. Prior to BridgeInvest, Trent served as a Director of Investments for Flagship Capital Partners, where he led the firm’s Dallas office and worked with entrepreneurial project sponsors to originate and structure custom tailored equity and debt financing solutions. Prior to joining Flagship Capital Partners, he served as President for Home National Bank, leading the Kansas and Oklahoma lending and deposit gathering activities, and subsequently managed Freedom Mortgage’s regional CMBS originations team for the Southwest before leading principal acquisitions teams for SOHO Realty Partners and Fairway America Funds. Trent holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Oklahoma State University, graduating magna cum laude, an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas, and Professional Master of Banking from Louisiana State University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

Daniel Freiman is a Senior Vice President at BridgeInvest responsible for investor relations and capital formation. Daniel has over a decade of capital markets experience and specializes in developing long-term relationships with investors across the globe. Prior to joining BridgeInvest, Daniel was Senior Vice President and Head of Business Development at Blue Atlantic Partners, a $4 billion private real estate investment firm in Miami. Earlier in his career, Daniel worked at Bayview Asset Management in Miami, UBS Investment Bank in New York, and the Royal Bank of Scotland in Hong Kong. Daniel graduated, summa cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Danny is a Vice President of Originations, responsible for deal origination, underwriting, and execution, with a focus on the West Coast (from Colorado to Hawaii). Prior to BridgeInvest, Danny was a Senior Vice President at Rialto Capital Management in Santa Monica, where he worked on both credit and equity originations and executed investments totaling $1.4 billion across multifamily, office, hotel, retail, industrial, and life sciences transactions. Before Rialto, Danny worked at Ackman-Ziff in New York City, a boutique real estate capital advisory firm, where he was involved in $530 million of structured debt and equity placement transactions across all asset classes. Earlier in his career, Danny was with Stiles Corporation in Fort Lauderdale, working in the acquisitions, ground-up development, and asset management departments. There, he was responsible for all facets of the transaction life cycle, totaling $640 million, with a focus on mixed-use, grocery-anchored, and office assets. Danny holds a bachelor’s degree in real estate and psychology from Florida State University and an M.S. in real estate finance from New York University.

Brian is a Vice President of Originations and Underwriting responsible for deal origination, underwriting and deal execution. Prior to BridgeInvest, Brian was a Vice President with Galaxy Realty Capital, where he worked on originations, asset management, fundraising, and investor relations for funds comprising $300 million under management. Before joining Galaxy, Brian served as a Loan Originations Associate for TPG Real Estate Finance Trust (NYSE: TRTX). While at TPG, Brian worked through the closing of approximately $1 billion of commercial real estate loans for multifamily, office, hotel, retail, and land properties throughout the United States. Prior to working on loan originations, Brian served as an Asset Manager at Situs Asset Management, where he managed a $750 million loan portfolio for TPG Real Estate Finance Trust. Brian is a graduate of Herbert Business School at University of Miami.

Ray is responsible for loan origination, underwriting, and execution at BridgeInvest. Prior to joining BridgeInvest, Ray served as Managing Director at Castle Lanterra, where he led the firm’s credit platform and was an active member of the Executive and Investment Committees overseeing both the debt and equity portfolios. Before Castle Lanterra, he co-founded Green Hollow Capital Partners and served as Principal, focusing on high-yield and special situations debt and equity investments. Previously, Ray was a Managing Director at Building and Land Technology, where he was involved in over $1.5 billion of debt and equity transactions. He also served as Managing Director at Five Mile Capital Partners, participating in more than $1.6 billion of debt and equity investments. Earlier in his career, Ray was an Associate at ING within the finance group and equity opportunity funds. He began his career at Citibank and later at Deloitte, where he advised on more than $3 billion of debt transactions. Ray holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.

Tyler is a Vice President at BridgeInvest responsible for leading capital markets, strategy and fund management. Prior to joining BridgeInvest, Tyler was an Associate within PwC’s Real Estate and Asset Management practice, where he advised sovereign wealth funds and other large international investors on how to efficiently deploy capital. Tyler holds a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law where he graduated with honors and is an active member of the New York Bar.

Ekaterina is the Senior Marketing Manager for BridgeInvest, responsible for managing all marketing efforts undertaken to grow BridgeInvest’s capital base and increase BridgeInvest’s origination platform. Prior to joining BridgeInvest, Ekaterina was a Pre-Construction and Marketing Coordinator at John Moriarty & Associates. Ekaterina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the Russian State University of Trade and Economics.

Christian is an Associate Vice President at BridgeInvest responsible for asset management, operations, and deal execution. Prior to BridgeInvest, Christian worked as an originations analyst at ESR Group in London, where he focused on pan-European principal investments and dispositions. Before joining ESR, Christian worked as an Economic Attaché and Sr. Technical Officer at the World Trade Organization in Geneva, Switzerland. Christian holds a master’s degree in finance from the University of Cambridge and a bachelor’s degree in international studies from the University of North Florida.

Fernanda is a Senior Associate at BridgeInvest responsible for investor reporting, onboarding, compliance, tax and investor relations. Prior to joining BridgeInvest Fernanda worked at the Consulate General of Brazil in Miami. Fernanda holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Paulista.

17Viviana is an Associate Vice President at BridgeInvest responsible for leading finance and accounting for the company and its funds. She previously served as an accountant at Riesco and Company, LLC, and brings more than a decade of tax and accounting experience, including specialized knowledge in treasury reporting for political campaigns. Viviana is a graduate of the University of Miami, where she earned a Master of Professional Accounting.

Angela is an Associate at BridgeInvest responsible for operations, compliance and asset management. Angela is a graduate of the University of Miami’s College of Arts and Sciences where she studied Economics and Urban Studies.

Reid McCool is an Associate at BridgeInvest, responsible for deal origination, underwriting and execution. Prior to BridgeInvest, Reid worked for Trez Capital in New York, supporting the origination efforts for the real estate bridge financing program. Before joining Trez Capital, Reid worked at Spring11 where he split his time between CMBS underwriting and commercial real estate CLO securitization work. Reid holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from NYU Schack and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Trinity College.

Hugo is an Associate at BridgeInvest responsible for deal origination, underwriting and execution. Hugo holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in finance from McGill University.

Michael is a Vice President Technology at BridgeInvest, responsible for developing and executing strategic product plans that align with business goals. Prior to BridgeInvest, Michael was a Senior Engineering Manager at a global travel meta-search company. With over 15 years in the technology industry, Michael brings a passion for leveraging technology to solve real-world problems. His expertise in agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making ensures a commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment.

Ashley serves as a Compliance Officer at BridgeInvest, where she oversees the company’s compliance and operations functions. She is responsible for ensuring that BridgeInvest’s business practices adhere to regulatory standards and uphold the company’s culture of compliance. Prior to joining BridgeInvest, Ashley worked at SLG Law as an Associate Attorney, where she focused on commercial and civil litigation. Earlier in her career, she served as an Assistant Vice President in Compliance at Barclays Investment Bank in New York, NY. Ashley holds a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and an undergraduate degree from New York University, where she double majored in Business and Spanish. Ashley is an active member of the Florida and Illinois Bars.

Robert Capote is an IT Specialist at BridgeInvest, responsible for network management, troubleshooting and integrating audio-visual systems. Prior to BridgeInvest, Robert worked as an A/V Technician and lead project integrator at AwesomeAVS Inc. Robert is a graduate of Florida Career College, where he concentrated on Windows Server management, hardware maintenance, and operating systems.
